Full Time Trades

Full time trades have a complete curriculum which is divided into modules with units. To complement the required level of technical and vocational preparation, each trainee is also required to take support subjects in English, Mathematics, Information Technology, and Entrepreneurship.

Upon completion of the entire trade and support subject curriculums, and in order to receive certification, each trainee is required to participate in a mandatory four week On The Job Training session. This training occurs in a business or industry related to the Trainee’s area of study and will require an all day work shift. Failure of trainee to perform required tasks to the institute's standard and those of the business or industry will result in loss of certification.
