Sat 13 Mar—Daylight Savings Time will NOT begin in Chetumal until Sunday, 4 April 2010. ... show/hideIf you have been hearing about the US beginning Daylight Savings Time this weekend, you might think Chetumal will change also. But only some Mexican cities/towns that share a border with the US will change now. The rest of Mexico, including Chetumal, will NOT change to Daylight Savings Time until 2 AM on Sunday, 4 April 2010.
Belize, of course, keeps Central Standard Time year-round.
